7. KNOWING ALL THE COSTS

At Land Rover Jaguar Thornhill, we are transparent with our pricing. Unlike other dealerships we are up front with our costs and do not try to hide or bury fees. All charges and options are listed clearly on our Bills of Sale, specific regarding leasing terms are also indicated on our Offer to Lease forms. We are 100% compliant with the new OMVIC  and MVDA regulations and are proud to be ahead of the curve with all the new regulations that help protect the customer. Land Rover and Jaguar on the manufacturer level have opted in for CAMVAP (Canadian Motor Vehicle Arbitration Plan) this is not the case with all manufacturers...Some of our biggest competitors chose not to opt into this program and without the protection of CAMVAP, you, the consumer could be left with no recourse or mediation with the manufacturer if there is a major dispute over issues with your vehicle. In the end, buying from a non- CAMVAP manufacturer could cost you thousands possibly tens of thousands of dollars. When the manufacturer opts into CAMVAP it is a strong sign that we stand behind our vehicles, value our customers and want them to be treated fairly and if any disputes arise they are resolved though binding arbitration.
